Our Favorite Adoption Podcasts
Are you a podcast listener? In the last few years they’ve taken off exponentially. It seems like new podcasts are launched daily, covering an endless array of topics. Including adoption!
Podcasts are a beautiful and compelling way to absorb information, and they often center around the stories of real individuals. We’re such big fans that we wanted to share a few of our favorite adoption-themed podcasts here on the blog. Most can be downloaded straight to your smart phones for free. BBC’s The Adoption. “One true story. Two young children. A family is being shattered; can a new one be created? A UK adoption through the eyes of those affected. Lives being changed forever.”
The Honestly Adoption Podcast. We’re giant fans of Mike and Kristen Berry’s blog Confessions of an Adoptive Parent, and their podcast is just as honest, raw, inspired, and fabulous as their written content.
NPR radio has an excellent collection of podcasts that share different stories from the adoption world.
Creating A Family has a vastly informative adoption podcast that’s been going on since 2007! So many topics to choose from, with expert wisdom and advice offered all around.
The Infant Adoption Guide podcast is voiced by an adoptive father who is also an infant adoption blogger. It’s an excellent place to find “the resources, inspiration, and help you need for your domestic infant adoption. From interviews to resource tips and information, you will find what you need to build your family through adoption.
