How We Got Started

Abby’s One True Gift Adoptions is a full service licensed adoption agency. We specialize in matching adoptive families with birthmothers on a national scale. We offer home study and post placement services, full legal representation in both the adoptive family’s and birth mother’s state, as well as counseling for families and birthmothers. Our Adoption By State page will give you brief answers to some of the most common questions regarding Adoption Law.  This page will also provide contact information for select Home Study Providers in your area.

If you are pregnant and considering adoption, you are making a brave decision. We can help you through this time full of new challenges and questions. To get started, please fill out our 10-minute online application. We want to answer all your questions about how the process works, and you can speak with a caseworker to learn more. We’re available to you 24/7:

When you work with us, you can choose how you’d like to handle the adoption — including an open, semiopen or closed adoption. Our families provide the living expenses you need while you are pregnant.

Being pregnant and considering adoption can feel overwhelming at times. We want to help you through this process and let you know how much your adoptive family appreciates your decision. You can reach out to us at any time during your journey with questions or just to talk about how we work.
