I am the second oldest of 4 girls. In high school, my favorite subject was choir. After high school, I went to school for Massage Therapy and worked in the field for about 6 years. Now I get to be a stay at home mom and I love it. I love cupcakes, the TV show FRIENDS, watching shows about true crime, and playing with the kids. I like to get us outside in the Summer. I hate winter. I love going out on dates with Brett. I like to convince him to try new restaurants. I love being a mother. My aunt adopted a baby from South Carolina when I was 16 and she spent a lot of time at our house. This is where my love for adoption grew.

Dear Birthmother

Thank you so much for taking the time to get to know more about us. We have known since we got married that we wanted to grow our family through adoption. We know we are meant to be on this journey. We hope you know how much we respect you and your choice to place your baby. We have met and talked with many birth mothers on our journey and we admire your wonderful sacrifice of love. We promise that your child will be raised in a family that preaches and practices wholesome values. We promise that your baby will know about you and love you. We will teach her about adoption, her birth family, and as much as we can about her culture and heritage. We have so much love to give. We look forward to talking with you more.

Reason to Adopt

Adoption as blessed both sides of our family. Brett's sister was adopted by his parents. Paige's cousin was adopted. We have a strong family connection to adoption, and we know this is how we are meant to grow our family.

Our Family

Brett and Paige met in Jr. High School. Brett had a crush on Paige right away! But he was too shy to tell her. We went to Prom during our Sophomore year of school, and that's the only date we ever went on during school! We remained really good friends throughout school. After graduation, Brett left for 2 years to Mexico to serve our church. We emailed every week. We decided to date when he got home. 4 months later, we were engaged and we were married in May of 2008 in Salt Lake City. We got an unexpected start to our family with a honeymoon baby! Aidyn was born in February of 2009. He is such a great kid. He is super smart. He loves science, math, comic books and drawing. Brett helped Aidyn start a YouTube channel doing science experiments. It's something fun they love doing together. Brynna was born in April of 2011. She is our sweetheart. She has a tender heart and is very kind. She loves reading, playing with dolls, and painting. She takes painting classes and is learning so much. She is very talented. We also have 2 cats! They are named Dixon and Otis. Dixon is super friendly and cuddly. Otis is scared of everyone and everything. But they are both so fun! Both of the kids know we are praying to bring a baby sister home to our family. They are very excited having a little baby to play with and take care of.

Our Town

We both grew up in a city called American Fork. We haven't traveled too far away from there. We live in a great city called Pleasant Grove. We live in an excellent neighborhood with lots of other kids. We have many parks within walking distance. Our neighbors are really friendly and kind. We are always looking out for each other and helping out when we can. The mountains are about 30 minutes away. We love to go up to the canyon during the Summer and Autumn to play, or just drive around and check out the beautiful scenery. The schools our kids go to are also great. We have never had a bad experience with a teacher. Both of our parents live less than 10 minutes away. Can you say free babysitting!? We get together with our extended families often. Our kids are very close with their cousins. We have lived in Pleasant Grove for over 5 years and love it so much that if we ever move, we want to stay in the city. It really is a great place for our family!
